After moving out of the dirtaay south, and all my friends and family splitting up across the North American terrain, I thought a blog would be a good way to keep you loved ones in touch with my daily doings. I mean, its about time to jump on the band wagon...my grandmother already did.

Who's that eDUB

Erin: I am an Interior Designer who was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in September of 2012. I love, well loved, delicious doughy bread and all things cake. This blog chronicles my adventures into a world of lesser known wheat-free eating.
