- I am an Interior Designer who was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in September of 2012. I love, well loved, delicious doughy bread and all things cake. This blog chronicles my adventures into a world of lesser known wheat-free eating. Since being diagnosed I have been doing research not only into what I can no longer eat, but more into what I SHOULD be eating. So this blog will also follow my adventures into a more healthy, natural eating lifestyle.

I do check out the blogs and am pleasantly surprised when I get to read a new one. And I apologize for not always commenting on the blogs, cause I do like getting comments on mine.
