- I am an Interior Designer who was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in September of 2012. I love, well loved, delicious doughy bread and all things cake. This blog chronicles my adventures into a world of lesser known wheat-free eating. Since being diagnosed I have been doing research not only into what I can no longer eat, but more into what I SHOULD be eating.
